Journey with Stronger Together Fitness & Nutrition

Before joining the Stronger Together Fitness and Nutrition program, I felt tired, sluggish, and overwhelmed. My energy was low, my mood was irritable, and I struggled to take care of myself. My top three health goals were to lose 20 pounds, learn to eat healthier, and become stronger. Since joining the program in November 2020, I’ve shed 25 pounds and created a more energy in my day to day. I am finally a much happier, and healthier version of myself. I’m proud to see visible muscles and to have lost several inches. I no longer get out of breath easily and my overall health has significantly improved.

Transformation with Stronger Together Fitness & Nutrition

In June 2022, I started the Stronger Together Fitness and Nutrition Program at 164 pounds. I had low energy, lacked self-confidence, and was unhappy with how I felt. Although I had just joined a gym, I hadn’t attended yet. I began with the five-day reset, and the team customized a program for me. Working out three times a week, I became stronger, improved my body composition, and gained more energy. I lost inches, and now, I weigh 140 pounds. Today, I am stronger, fitter, happier, and enjoy our Stronger Together Social events.
